Prices and Availability
A £100 non-returnable deposit is required at the time of booking; the remaining balance is due six weeks before your trip. In addition, a £500 security deposit, returnable upon the safe return of the van, is due a week before your hire. We try to book out on Mondays and Fridays but hire days are flexible- just ask!

The Booking Procedure
If the date you would like is showing as available on the calendar use our contact form to let us know the days you want. (There’s a slight possibility that the days you require are being held for another customer while we wait for their deposit.)
If the requested days are free we’ll ask you to fill out the Booking Form.
On return of the booking form we’ll work out the price of the hire and send you an invoice and a request for a £100 deposit.
Deposits can be made via Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. Although bank transfer is preferable.
Booking Deposit
You do not need a Paypal account to use this method of payment. The button below will open the Paypal website in a seperate window where you can complete your transaction
A confirmation e-mail of booking will be sent upon receipt of your deposit.
Unless alternative arrangements have been made, collection is from 4pm on day of hire and to be returned no later than 12 noon at the end of hire.
*Cheque is also acceptable but allow up to two weeks for the transaction to take place depending on post and clearance.
